Soft Landing Wellness

Open your heart to deep healing and rediscover the comfort of your body. Through gentle, heart-centered practices, I will support your journey of growth and transformation, helping you navigate life's challenges with grace and resilience.

  • Somatics: This practice relies on the felt sense-the ability to become aware of and understand physical sensations and emotions in one’s body. Embodiment is the integration of body-mind-spirit that allows individuals to fully experience and inhabit nuance in the physical self. Felt sense and embodiment can allow individuals to access and process trauma that is stored in the body, allowing for deeper healing and the rewiring of neural connections.

  • Nourishment: A holistic approach to growing a more intentional relationship with food by applying different methods from Ayurveda “the science of life” to quantum biology and daily mindfulness practices. Discover new insights that support your journey with food and nourishment.

  • Meditation: Developing a meditation practice restores the body on a cellular level and can improve your capacity for deep healing. Meditation has been proven to increase neuroplasticity, “the brain’s ability to modify, change, and adapt.” It alleviates stress, anxiety, improves sleep, and heightens energy levels.
